General Service Calls & Policies

We at Naqua Tech pride ourselves on our level of service. All of our technicians are skilled in the latest pool technology, experienced, and insured.

Services we offer:

Service Calls

Service calls are billed by the hour. Per service call, first hour is included. Beyond first hour, there will be an additional charge. If the pool is inaccessable due to locked gates, unfriendly pets, no power, etc., the trip fee will still be charged. Please put pets in the house and unlock the gates at the time service technicians are expected.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the time of service. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.

Repair Authorization

During service of your pool, if there is cost for a part, a technician will seek homeowner approval before installation.

Warranty Parts and Labor

All parts purchased through Naqua Tech come with manufacturer's warranties. Part warranties begin on the date of installation. Chemical damage to pool or pool equipment will void warranties.
